The Filter Kit for the Ci7000 series of benchtop spectrophotometers prevents dust and other airborne contamination from negatively impacting the optical performance, resulting in error codes or other malfunctions.
This Filter Kit was specifically tailored to fit any of the models in the Ci7000 Series benchtop spectrophotometers to help ensure that the spectrophotometer’s optical path stays clear of dust, dirt or other airborne contamination that occurs when used in a less than ideal environment.
The kit includes a 5-micron filter wrap with 3 Velcro strips that secure the wrap to your instrument, 4 feet to attach to the bottom of the instrument to prevent sliding, and a storage case to protect the calibration media and aperture plates.
Please note that instruments requiring protection from contamination which were purchased before June 2019 should be serviced prior to installing the filter the kit. Contact us for more information.
