For Inline Color Quality Control
ESWin QC connects with X-Rite inline spectrophotometers to monitor color directly on the production machine. It is used as a stand alone software or can comunicate with host systems.
Monitoring color throughout production can catch errors early, resulting in less waste and a higher quality product. The results of the color at the machine are displayed in easy-to-interpret graphics. It can be used as a stand alone system, but also conneted to a host system to exchange data in both ways.
ESWin QC is an intuitive software package that is easy to learn and operate. It displays color measurement data in an easy-to-understand trending format that includes the direction of the color deviation so operators can identify emerging problems and quickly correct them with a few clicks of a button. It works as a standalone system or can be connected to a Data Control System to generate reports, manage data, and archive instrument diagnostics for improved operational management.
ESWin QC can be used in laboratory applications as well as for inline color measurement and automatic closed loop color control (with CLCC). In this case, the inline system uses the same absolute standard values as the lab, even when the measurement geometry is different. The measurements are then adapted to the laboratory system to achieve the same readings.
ESWin works with X-Rite inline spectros to manage color in many industries, including paper, textiles, plastics, coatings, glass, and automotive.
