Automatic Single-Fibre Tester FAVIGRAPH |

| TEXTECHNO’s solution for those clients, who need a fast tester for single-fibre linear density- and tensile measurements, is the FAVIGRAPH. The linear-density measuring head is arranged adjacent to the tensile test section. After determining the linear density a transfer clamp automatically moves the fibre to the tensile-test section and places the fibre into the measuring- and the draw-off clamp. Therefore, the operator has to insert the fibre manually only once to perform both tests. During tensile testing the next fibre can already be tested at the linear-density measuring head, to speed up operation.
As an option, the FAVIGRAPH can be equipped with short-fibre clamps to test fibres down to 3 mm cut length.
